French progressive rock band formed in Annecy, France in 1997 but with its origins in 1994 (cover band "Bad Pingouin"). A blend of and with hints of , this French group treads everywhere from soothing melodiousness to sudden attacks of metal. Their music goes from free to hypnotic, wild, energetic and electric rock, but also pieces which sound like jazz-rock with a touch of Zeuhl or even melodious pop songs.

フランスのアネシー発祥のプログレッシブロックバンド NiL は、1997年に結成されましたが、1994年にカバーバンド「Bad Pingouin」として活動していた時期に遡ります。このフランスのグループは、穏やかなメロディアスさから突然のメタルアタックまで、様々なサウンドを行き来しています。彼らの音楽は、フリーから催眠的、ワイルド、エネルギッシュでエレクトリックなロック、そして Zeuhl のようなタッチを備えたジャズロックのようなピース、さらにはメロディアスなポップソングまで、幅広いスタイルをカバーしています。
