Originally a duo consisting of D.Kay and Raw.Full, Ill.Skillz is now just an alias for Raw.Full. Raw.Full's first contact with EDM was years before he started his own club at Flex Vienna during the late 90s along with a bunch of other music afficionados. But it all started in 2001, mainly focused on the hype of drum and bass music in Central-, Eastern-Europe and the UK. He worked together with artists like Dub FX and Buraka Som Sistema and released tracks on almost every renowned d'n'b label back in the days. Also, IllSkillz is co-founder of the sub genre trance and bass along with his famous track "Be There 4 U", and the first Austrian d'n'b act to tour the whole US.

D.KayとRaw.FullのデュオとしてスタートしたIll.Skillzは、現在Raw.Fullのソロ・プロジェクトとして活動しています。Raw.FullがEDMに初めて触れたのは、90年代後半にウィーンのFlexで他の音楽愛好家たちと自身のクラブを始めるずっと前のことでした。しかし、すべてが始まったのは2001年で、中央ヨーロッパ、東ヨーロッパ、イギリスにおけるドラムンベースの盛り上がりに焦点を当てていました。彼はDub FXやBuraka Som Sistemaといったアーティストと協業し、当時、ほとんどすべての著名なドラムンベース・レーベルから楽曲をリリースしました。また、IllSkillzは自身のヒット曲「Be There 4 U」と共にサブジャンルであるトランス＆ベースの共同創設者でもあり、オーストリアのドラムンベース・アクトとしては初めて全米ツアーを敢行しました。
